Deine Aufgaben

Du trägst die alleinige Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für unsere Standorte in Deutschland und Rumänien
Du entwickelst innovative, aktive & passive Sourcing-Strategien für verschiedenste Positionen in unserem Unternehmen und setzt diese gewinnbringend mit Hilfe von klassischen Recruiting-Kanälen, Social Media und digitalen Netzwerken um
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Hiring Managern zusammen, um Projekte & Anforderungen zu verstehen und so die besten Talente zu finden
Du bist zuständig für den Aufbau und die Pflege unseres Talentpools sowie nachhaltiger Kandidat:innen-Beziehungen
Du stärkst unsere Präsenz als Arbeitgeber und setzt Impulse im Employer Branding
Du treibst HR-Projekte im Recruiting-Bereich voran und unterstützt unsere Hiring Manager mit Trainings und Best Practices

Deine Qualifikationen

Du hast bestenfalls ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im HR-Umfeld und mindestens 2 Jahre aktive Berufserfahrung im Recruiting
Falls du bereits mit Personio gearbeitet hast, ist das ein Pluspunkt
Du kennst die relevanten Recruiting-Kanäle in Deutschland sehr gut und nutzt diese effektiv zur Kandidatengewinnung
Du hast Lust, dir Wissen über den rumänischen Arbeitsmarkt sowie rumänische Recruiting-Kanäle anzueignen
Du bist kommunikativ, selbstsicher und strukturiert, kannst Kandidat:innen zuverlässig einschätzen und bringst unsere Recruiting-Strategien eigenständig voran
Im Austausch mit anderen bringst du dich aktiv ein und entwickelst umsetzbare Lösungen
Wenn du bereits Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Personio sammeln konntest, wäre das ein großer Vorteil
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1)

Your mission

You take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process for our locations in Germany and Romania
You develop innovative active and passive sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions within our company and successfully implement them using traditional recruiting channels, social media, and digital networks
You work closely with our hiring managers to understand projects and requirements in order to find the best talents
You are responsible for building and maintaining our talent pool as well as long-term candidate relationships
You strengthen and drive initiatives in employer branding
You advance HR projects in the area of recruiting and support our hiring managers with trainings and best practices

Your profile

Ideally, you have a completed degree or vocational training in the HR field and at least 2 years of job experience in recruiting
Prior experience with Personio is a strong asset
You are very familiar with the relevant recruiting channels in Germany and use them effectively to attract candidates
You are motivated to gain knowledge about the Romanian labor market as well as Romanian recruiting channels
You are communicative, confident, and well-structured, able to reliably assess candidates, and independently drive our recruiting strategies forward
You actively contribute in exchanges with others and develop practical, actionable solutions
You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
