Your mission

Assume leadership of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively.
Architect, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software applications.
Uphold best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity.
Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.

Your profile

Proven track record in leadership roles within software engineering or similar domains.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent skills in Back End development, specifically with PHP Laravel.
Knowledge with GOLang.
Knowledgeable about cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
